Mini Reviews. Short and sweet, that’s how we like it. With these mini reviews we want to give you a quick look into more episodes we do not want you to miss out on. Just in case the twenty other tv series you watched, didn’t suck up all of your time already.
Suburgatory 2×09: Junior Secretary’s Day
It’s Junior Secretary’s Day in Chatswin, which seems to be a useless holiday as a part of this episode.
Tessa’s supposed to get her wisdom teeth taken out, which she first refuses, but eventually does anyway to avoid a school presentation on Eleanor Of Aquitaine (can’t blame her). Thanks to pain killers she dives headfirst into teeth-related conspiracy theories. Something with alien abduction, I dunno.
Fred Shay leaves the family for a work ceremony since he became Salesman of the Year again. Little does Sheila know that Fred secretly stays in George’s basement because he’s actually degraded to Junior Secretary and nowhere close to an award. Weirdly, tin foil will prevail her finding out. At least, according to Fred.
George and Dallas go through some rough relationship patches, while Tessa and Ryan meet again after their Christmas smooche.
‘What happens when even the only sane one goes mental thanks to pain killers, while the rest continues to be their crazy selves.’ That could have been the title for this episode. – 7
This week’s favorite quote
Ryan: “By the way, your socks smell a lot better than mine.” Tessa: “Thanks. I wash ‘em” (Why are they so cute together? It’s so weird!)
